I am a Qualified Accredited Coach C.P.C.P. with a wealth of coaching and life experience. In addition, I am an Associate of one of the largest UK Coaching Companies. I pride myself in bringing out the best in people, and have great personal satisfaction in my profession and it's results. Coaching is on a one-to-one basis and can take place either by telephone, face-to-face or a combination of both, whatever is more suitable. Coaching involves 6 sessions, beginning with identifying your goal, followed by your action plan, working together through the sessions towards your goal which leads to your Completion session-6. Each around an hour in duration, you can decide whether they take place weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Sessions are charged at £50 per session - (Session 6 FREE if sessions paid in advance) .I welcome you to call and discover what coaching can offer you.We also offer free no obligation "taster" sessions.
